1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Rapidsellers Dot Prints ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not access or use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

Rapidsellers Dot Prints provides specialized high-speed shipping label formatting, dot-matrix and thermal printing layout generation, and order dispatch printing utilities for marketplace sellers operating on platforms such as Flipkart.

3. Order Processing Automation Suite (Coming Soon)

Please note: Our comprehensive end-to-end Order Processing Automation Suite is currently under active development and scheduled for future launch. The current active production service is strictly Rapidsellers Dot Prints. Any future product tiers will be announced separately.

4. Pricing and Fees

Rapidsellers Dot Prints is offered at simple, transparent pricing:

  • Standard Rate: ₹0.05 per order/label printed.
  • Launch Bonus: First 500 orders/labels are free of charge for new eligible accounts.
  • No hidden setup fees or forced subscription commitments.

5. User Obligations & Compliance

You agree that:

  • You possess all necessary authorization to process orders and print labels for your marketplace seller accounts.
  • You will comply with all terms of the respective marketplace platforms (e.g. Flipkart Marketplace Policies).
  • You will not reverse engineer, tamper with, or compromise the service infrastructure.

6. Privacy & Cookie Policy

As outlined in our Privacy Policy, Rapidsellers Dot Prints operates with zero tracking cookies and zero behavioral monitoring. We do not sell your order or customer data.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rapidsellers Dot Prints is provided "as is" and "as available". We are not liable for marketplace carrier delays, third-party platform downtime, or printer hardware malfunctions beyond our direct control.
